How Does it Work?

 

Health care providers are able to dictate in their preferred fashion. If using micro recorders or PDA’s, they simply return the devices to their cradles or connect to office workstations. AA Synchronization™ uploads and securely transfers their encrypted voice files to one of AA TMSs, AA Command™ servers. Transcriptionists using AA Transcription™ download dictations and transcribe reports. Once the file is complete the caregiver can use AA Command™ to immediately access the report or referral letter. On-line review, editing, Electronic Signature and direct faxing enable caregivers to gain such of the advantage of using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) without changing their patient encounter process.
