AA Synchronization™

When a hand-held digital recorder is docked to a computer, using a cradle or standard USB cable, dictations automatically upload to a AA Tech, AA Command™ server. AA Synchronization™ is a small, extremely efficient utility application that resides on the client’s workstation and accesses the Internet using standard web services. While critical to managing the aggregation of dictated files, there is no incremental charge or limit to the number of workstations that can use this software.

 

AA Command™

AA Tech, Inc's AA Command™ allows you to control the management of the transcription work flow. Automatically route dictations to pre-assigned transcriptionists and track their progress against Turn around Time (TAT) commitments. Systematically collect information on the caregiver’s perception of the quality of the individual transcriptionist’s work. Use AA Command™ to establish facilities and departments and manage incoming dictations, transcription pools, users, turnaround time commitments, quality assurance, user satisfaction and transcriptionist billing and ALL other aspects of the transcription process.

 

AA Transcription™

AA Transcription™ is a server based editor that provides auto text, a medical spell checker, templates and many other word processing features. Transcriptionists increase transcription speed and accuracy by typing directly into this server based transcription editor.

 

AA Dictation™

This module is the entry point for accessing the electronic medical record resulting from the transcribed file. Use AA Command™ to immediately access all reports, encounter notes and referral letters. On-line review, editing, Electronic Signature and direct faxing enable the caregivers to gain much of the advantage of using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) without changing their patient encounter process.
